There are number of buses avaialble from ISBT delhi to Dharamshala and Mcleodganj. After reaching Dharamshala either you can take a roadways bus to Mcleodganj which is 10 kms away from ISBT bus stand Dharamshala. Shared Taxis are also available from Kotwali Bazar to Mcleodganj.

HRTC AC Volvo buses are available from ISBT Kashmere Gate Delhi. Private operators also offers bus service from Delhi to Dharamshala. The private AC volvo deluxe and non AC buses are available from Majnu Ka Tila near Kashmere gate ISBT.

The best way however to reach Mcleodganj from Dharamshala is to take Khada Danda Marg and you can go trekking in this route. Mcleodganj is just 3 kms from Kotwali Bazaar via Khada Danda Marg.
